Refund policy

30 DAY ONLINE RETURN GUARANTEE

 At After Hours we hope that your online purchase is exactly what you're after but if for any reason it isn't right, or you change your mind about a full priced item you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form.

• Replacements and/or refunds will be processed after we receive your returned item
• You are responsible for organising and purchasing postage to return items. We do not accept responsibility for the item until it is received, so it is recommended that you use a tracked service. 

• Please note, we do not accept returns on all sale items. 
• Items must be clean, unworn and in a re-sellable condition, with original tags attached, original brand packaging, and in the original box for shoes.
•  Please ensure your item is well packaged and no tape is on the shoe box or clothing.

• Pack all items with your invoice and the returns form in a suitable carton. Ensure that all items are securely boxed as we are unable to accept damaged items.
